I began my professional journey when I officially started Sunflour Confections in 2011.

Baking has been a passion of mine since I was very young.  I learned how to bake from my mom and treasured the time spent in her kitchen baking for the holidays. My love for decorating cakes began with my oldest son’s very first birthday.  Over time I began baking cakes for friends and family and eventually decided to go to school for some formal training in the pastry arts.  I graduated in 2009 with a Pastry Chef Certification from the Texas Culinary Academy Le Courdon Bleu program. 

I take pride in the work that I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my clients over the years.  I'm always honored to be able to be a small part of their major milestones and celebrations. I look forward to making a fabulous cake or cookie arrangement for your next event.
